S.T.E.M. Day
Friday was National S.T.E.M. day. We conducted two science experiments. The first was a gas experiment where we blew up a balloon using vinegar and baking soda. Our second experiment was a solid experiment where we created ice cream in a zip lock bag. Here are a few pictures from our second experiment.
Read Across Liberty
I would like to say a huge thank you to Shaena for reading to our class. I would also like to thank Target for donating "Scooby" books to each student as well.
National Geek Day
National Geek Day was celebrated one month early to show off all the great minds and future leaders at Liberty Elementary. All of the money collected was donated to the American Cancer Society. Here is a picture of some of the students showing off their inner geek.
